Our tasting menu evolves with the seasons, celebrating the best locally sourced and organic produce. We work closely with farmers, fishermen, and producers to highlight what is fresh, sustainable, and at its peak. Whole animal butchery is at the heart of our approach, ensuring we use every cut with care and respect.
For lunch, our Menu du Jour changes daily, reflecting the season’s finest ingredients from land and sea. In the evening, we offer a refined yet relaxed tasting menu experience every Friday and Saturday.
