During this Masterclass John will show you how to prepare and cook fish in different ways. Learning how to cut and fillet the fish and three method of cooking, frying, steaming and smoking. The classes are interactive, small and very intuitive, with skills to be learnt from preparing and cooking the fish to choosing the right flavours to accompany the dish.
The day will proceed as follows:
- Refreshments on arrival at 6pm
- Approx 2 hour cookery masterclass
- Glass of bubbles
- 3 course dinner with John at 8pm
