Raw Chef - Louie Dodds

Introducing Louie Dodds 

Our 1st-year Apprentice chef at Westminster college for this showcase evening.

Louie has been with us for over a year, he began on the dishes washing up, quickly showing his keen capabilities and passion for food. 

During this evening Louie create his own menu guided by our Head Chef Liam Lingwood, he will be using seasonal, local and organic ingredients to showcase his talents and prepare for you a three-course dinner.

Young people training to be high-end Chefs are on the decline, join us to help and encourage the future generation to continue learning and creating real food.

£35 per person

 Our normal cancellation policy applies.  Tables cancelled less than 7 days before the event will be charged 30% .
