For this evening John and the team will cook Japanese inspired dishes presented in a four course tasting menu.

A menu will be created from the influences John learnt whilst travelling through Japan and his time spent with Nobu Matsuhisa whilst in Australia.

£48 per person

We will have Japanese inspired beverages available on the evening.

Tables cancelled within 7 days of the event date will be charged 30% late cancellation fee.
