The Craft Drinks Company was started by mixologist Dave Brealey in 2014 and provides Pop-up Cocktail Bars, Cocktail Masterclasses and Bar Consultancy work in Essex and London. 
Dave learned his craft in Australia, working as Head Barman at some of the countries top restaurants and hotels, developing a creative flair and passion for the profession.
Upon moving to Leigh-on-Sea, Dave wanted people to be able to enjoy quality and unique cocktails at parties in their own home, and thus went into business providing pop-up bars for birthdays,weddings etc.
