French food is where it all started for John training under the great Raymond Blanc at Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons.
For this evening John, Liam and the team at Food will be creating French dishes full of flavour using classic techniques.

Full beverage menu will be available on the evening at an additional cost. There will also be the option of having wine paired to each course to complement your food experience.
